止盈止损启动配置的当前实现边界

standalone_config.py 会解析 enable_stop_profit、stop_loss_ratio、initial_take_profit_*、stop_profit_interval 等字段，但当前 StandaloneApplication._build_server_config() 尚未把这些字段透传给 XtQuantServerConfig。因此独立服务启动时使用 server_runner.py / StopProfitConfig 的默认值：止盈止损监控默认启用、固定止损默认 -0.075，首次止盈/回撤/卖出比例/检测间隔/去重窗口使用 StopProfitConfig 默认。服务启动后，可通过 /api/v1/stop-profit/config 运行时更新 stop_loss_ratio、initial_take_profit_ratio、initial_take_profit_pullback_ratio、initial_take_profit_sell_ratio 和 monitor_interval。
